We would like to share our passion and love for great quality food and drink while also showcasing what we can offer from our organic dairy farm and estate produce. Update April 2019 Thank you to everyone who attended our Good Friday Market! We had a sell out success on Friday with over 150 people attending and enjoying the gorgeous Easter sun. Our Hoggett was an instant hit with legs and shoulders selling out in the first hour with chops and sausages not far behind! We introduced a few extra local goodies alongside. Sourdough loaves, pastries and some of the biggest hot cross buns I've ever seen from The Bicycle Bakery in Tunbridge Wells. Easter Chocolates from Rowdy & Fancy based in Forest Row and some early Organic lettuce and spinach from our friends at Bore Place. Laura from Harleys Home Cooked Food brought some fabulous salads to compliment the incredible slow roasted lamb baps cooked and served by George - they went down rather well!! With the sun shining a cool refreshing drink of freshly squeezed lemon, ginger and rosemary was a perfect finishing touch. Jessops Farm Gallery set up a wonderful pop up shop bringing new life to our old stable area. Everyone was asking - when in the next one? When are you open? Well keep posted! Update March 2019: GOOD FRIDAY MARKET! After the huge success of our December Market we will be back this Easter for a one day market to celebrate all things Easter! We will be clearing out our frozen lamb stock (first come first served!) and our amazing Hogget will be available fresh from the butchers. Our local artist group, Jessops Farm Studios will be in residence displaying beautiful artwork as well as cards and gifts. Local artisan chocolates and slow fermentation artisan bread will be on offer. And to work off all that goodness we may have a selection of plants of offers to keep you busy over Easter. Don't be shy - follow us on Facebook, stalk us on Instagram and make sure you clear your Good Friday diary to pop in to see us. Dan & Charlie Falconhurst Farm Shop Update February 2019: PLANNING PERMISSION APPROVED!!! Sevenoaks Council has now given full permission and support for opening our farm shop in Markbeech. It has been a long journey to get to this point and now we are ready to really get planning! Due to wonderfully (yet slightly leaky) wonky roof tiles we might not be able to do the necessary building repairs until our ecologists have given the all clear for hibernating bats. With a quick revamp inside and out we should be ready to go this summer, so keep posted, especially on our Facebook and Instagram pages (sometimes they are quite useful!) - details below. BUT don't panic we will find ways to tickle your taste buds and show off our produce including our own grass fed lamb is available either by the half box or joints straight from our chest freezers! Just drop us a line and arrange a time to pick something up for the weekend! Keep Posted............ Daniel & Charlotte Bain of Falconhurst Estate.
