Olivia Cavalli - Spring

£65.00
Sold Out

We are delighted to welcome back Olivia Cavalli to The Barn at Falconhurst. After two sell out events over the past two years, we had to ask her if she could come again and thankfully she said yes!

Olivia’s food is all about Italy. Her recently published first book, Stagioni, focuses on the regional delights on the country and is full of the most wonderful dishes. Guests can expect to taste food that has been inspired by Olivias family heritage and her knowledge that has been formed by spending huge amounts of time travelling around the country. When you put that together with a vast experience of cooking in Kitchens such as Carousel, Pophams and Social Pantry, it leads to an extremely delicious experience for anyone eating her food.

On the Friday the event will run from 7pm - 11pm, and on the Saturday we will have a slightly earlier sitting, 5pm-9pm.

There will be a garden cocktail on arrival and we look forward to seeing you for a celebration of Spring

⭐️Guest cheese of the month for June⭐️

🧀Kaltbach Creamy🧀

Introducing the creamy alpine Swiss mountain cheese, with a creamy, buttery and slightly nutty flavour, it’s becoming a favourite of many who come into the shop.
