Farm Shop
At Falconhurst, we’re more than just a farm shop and deli — we’re a welcoming community hub where great local produce meets warm, genuine hospitality. From artisan breads and carefully selected cheeses to freshly roasted coffee, seasonal savouries, and homemade sweet treats, we’re passionate about supporting local producers, makers, and artists wherever possible.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our Farm Shop & Deli team and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Gardens
Apprenticeship Programme
We have just taken on a new WRAGS gardener, Sam, who will be with us for two years learning to garden alongside Ellie.
We also have a thriving volunteer programme, and are always on the lookout for gardeners to join our team, responsible for tending our arts and crafts garden at Falconhurst. Nicola Talbot takes care of our team of enthusiastic and talented gardeners; if you’re interested in joining our brilliant team, we’d love to hear from you.
Farm
Falconhurst’s organic dairy farm is home to 185 milking cows and 70 heifers, with state of the art dairy facilities to offer the highest standard of welfare. The farm runs an apprenticeship scheme, with a few students joining us each year. If you’d like to learn more about taking an apprenticeship at the farm, please get in touch!
