Tour Of France Wine Evening

£65.00
Sold Out

Friday 13th September

Over the past 3 years we have hosted some excellent wine evenings with the help of our good friend Tim French, and we are very happy to announce that he will be coming back this September to host another event in The Barn.

Over the course of the evening, Tim will talk guests through 8 wines from across France whilst The Barn team will line the stomachs with a three course meal.

Tim has had an illustrious career in the wine business. His time as head buyer at Fortnum and Mason and as Managing Director of Thorman Hunt are worth mentioning. His focus now is on running his own wine merchant, Halo Wines. Halo wines has been going for almost a year now and Tim and his team have been busy putting together a superb list of wines, 8 of which we will taste in September.

The evening will run from 7pm through till 10.30 with guests being greeted with a garden cocktail on arrival.

The three course meal will consist of some seasonal bruschetta on arrival, a local cheese and charcuterie platter for main, and then a seasonal summer pudding for dessert,

We will also be offering a case deal on the wines that are served at the event.
