The Falconhurst Estate manages 26 properties in and around Markbeech village. They include 16th century Wealden farmhouses, Victorian village cottages and converted barns. Cowden station has a good regular service to central London taking 45 minutes, making it a popular spot for those who need to commute to London. We are approximately 20 minutes from Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead and Sevenoaks, and 30 minutes from Gatwick, yet the feel of the surroundings are that of deepest, rural Kent with fields as far as the eye can see.
