Kitchen 94 - Autumn
Kitchen 94 are coming back for their third Supper Club at Falconhurst on the 16th, 17th & 18th October, and to celebrate, we are doing something a little different. To start, there will be the customary evening feast on Friday evening, with a focus on wild, foraged local produce that can be cooked over fire. This latest event will see a first for The Barn, and that is a Sunday Roast!
The boys will be cooking up an epic roast on Saturday and Sunday Lunchtime. Guests will enjoy a variety of sharing starters, a choice of roast dinners, and the best Sticky Toffee Pudding around town. Bloody Marys & Oysters will be available to purchase on arrival to help make it a lunch to remember
Having cooked at some of Londons best restaurants, Ed & Ed decided to leave the restaurant world and start up their own catering business. They now run one of the most sought-after names on the party scene in the South, and together with Hugo, make a formidable team that consistently dish out exceptional food. If their last two years are anything to go by, then this will a weekend to remember.
Friday’s feast begins at 7pm, with a Falconhurst welcome cocktail and a chance to enjoy The Barn gardens before sitting down at 8pm. The 4 course menu will focus on wild forages goods, including wild venison from the estate. The evening concludes at 10.30pm
On the Saturday & Sunday, arrival is at 1pm, with a Falconhurst welcome cocktail before service at 2pm. Enjoy some sharing starters and a choice of Porchetta or Veggie Roast with Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Oysters and Bloody Mary’s are also available to purchase (not included in ticket price). The event concludes at 5pm.
